How much does it cost, and what's included?
The PDF is £7.99: all 48 pages, to print at home as many times as you like. The printed A4 book is £22 including UK delivery, and comes with the PDF too. A second pet adds £3 to either.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. Your free preview shows the coloured cover and three pages, drawn from your photos, in about 2 minutes. No card is needed, and you only pay if you love it.
How quickly will I get the PDF?
We draw the rest of the book as soon as you pay. It usually takes 5 to 15 minutes. You can close the page and come back to your book's link any time: the drawing carries on.
When will a printed book arrive?
Order by Sunday 6 December for Christmas delivery in the UK. Each one gets a quality check from us before it ships.
What photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos of your pet's face and body, from different angles. You can send 1 to 4; three is ideal. Phone photos are perfect, including HEIC. Dogs and cats both work, and a puppy or kitten photo becomes a "when they were little" page.
Can I have two pets in one book?
Yes. Upload photos of both, together or separately, and give us both names. They share the adventure.
What age is it for?
You choose when you order: bigger, simpler shapes for 3–5, the classic for 4–8, or busier, more detailed scenes for 7–10.
Can I put my children in it?
You can add their names to the story and a dedication page. We don't draw children or accept photos of them.
How are the drawings made?
We use AI image tools, guided by your photos, to draw your pet into the story. You choose the drawing that looks most like them before you pay, and we check every printed book by eye before it ships.
What paper is it printed on, and what should they colour with?
The printed book is A4, with a colour cover and black line-art pages to colour. Pencils and crayons work best. Felt-tips can show through, so slip a sheet of card behind the page.
What happens to my photos?
We use them only to draw your book. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 30 days.
What if a page doesn't look right?
Tell us and we'll redraw it free. If you're still not happy with your PDF, we'll refund you in full within 14 days of your order. Printed books that arrive damaged or faulty are reprinted or refunded, whichever you prefer.
